My name is Giovanni Fiorentini and I am a professional chef born and raised in the province of Pisa in the heart of Tuscany.

With the help of an excellent staff and associates who work for and with me, I am able to accommodate any of your culinary requirement: a private dinner, a business lunch, a cooking class up to the realization of a special event such as your wedding. The whole at your home, even on holiday, or in one of the splendid locations selected and made available for you.

The result will be amazing because I have been cooking and working with passion and professionalism for many years, always with excellent results!

HOW DOES THE HOME COOKING SERVICE WORK?

1° MENÙ

We carry out an initial interview, even by telephone, we choose a menu from those proposed or we elaborate one tailored to your needs.

2° INSPECTION

Before the established date I do an inspection of the location to verify the available spaces, the equipment present and to ensure that everything can be carried out in the best possible way.

3° ENJOY YOUR DINNER

My staff and I will take care of the mise en place of the preparation of the dishes and finally the cleaning and the complete reorganization of the kitchen.

  Per il diciottesimo di mio figlio ho avuto il piacere di avere il servizio impeccabile di Giovanni a pranzo.
Eravamo 14 persone, menù pesce con tre antipasti, un primo e un secondo e dolce. Tutto squisito e di qualità eccellente, il pesce non mente..
Non ho pensato a niente, persino la preparazione della tavola poteva essere eseguita dalla sua aiutante. Cucina lasciata pulita e con lavastoviglie già partita con tutte le stoviglie utilizzate. Che dire una “pacchia”, e finalmente anche io mi sono goduta un pranzo senza mai alzarmi a casa mia!!!! Consigliatissimo e da rifare. Con Giovanni è una sicurezza!
