HOW DOES IT WORK?
THE SERVICE
Giovanni Fiorentini CHEFPERTE is a service available throughout the province of Pisa, Lucca and Tuscany.
After a first contact we carry out a survey at your home to evaluate the possibilities offered by your environments and especially to understand your tastes and your intentions.
Having established the type of event (romantic dinner or dinner with friends, business lunch, buffet…) we agree on the menu and the cost estimate together.
I will personally take care of the procurement of raw materials from my trusted suppliers!
On the day of the occasion, we come to your home, taking care of the preparation of the dishes, the equipment and the table service.
At the end of the event, after having cleaned and rearranged the kitchen, as well as having arrived in silence and respect for domestic warmth, we will leave satisfied, hoping for your sincere satisfaction!
HOW WHERE WHEN
How?
Contact me, tell me the idea you want to develop and your particular requests. I will present to you some proposals and, once the one most in line with your needs has been agreed, we begin with the preparations for approaching the event.
Where?
Wherever you want, at your home, at your accommodation when you’re on vacation, in a villa for a particular event… as long as there is a kitchen and a space with seating where my staff and I can give life to what has been agreed.
When?
Whenever you want, I’m available 12 months per year!
I generally ask for at least a week’s notice so that I can organize everything perfectly and get the best result.
TERMS AND PRICES
Prices obviously vary according to requests.
After an initial interview, I elaborate some menu proposals taking into consideration your tastes and above all your needs, including cost.
Once the offer has been agreed, I request an advance of 30% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking of the service.
The remainder is paid at the end of the event.
At least one waiter is always present to ensure adequate service for each event.
On the “menu” page you will find some of the most representative dishes of my cuisine, but the variety of courses that I can make is much wider!
You just need to tell me what you would like to eat and choose from my current proposals.
